Our costume contests winners are decided by crowd participation. We use a decibel detector to measure crowd noise and the contestant who receives the loudest cheers is deemed the winner. Please keep this in mind when deciding to compete.

Contest rules

  • Contest registration starts at 9pm Saturday night and will be held at the front desk.

  • All costume contestants must be present and registered by 11:00pm to compete.

  • Costumes must meet certain standards for originality & quality. We reserve the right to deny entry into the contest for any costumes we find lack a clear level of creativity. This is to ensure the quality of the contest.

  • Contestants can only compete in one category.

  • Contestants must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the contest
